We have the responsibility for driving management and orchestration through Open Source into the 5G future. The Technical Coordinator for Open Source Contributions will work within the 5G RAN Explorer program closely with the product owner, product managers, the RAN-I leadership team and several development teams in BNEW to secure efficient integration of the Open Source platform with the radio nodes through close technical alignment between the teams and coordinated positions in the open source community.
As a Technical Coordinator you will participate in managing stakeholders and also teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals and teams. You will be a leading light in fostering a creative and learning culture. Experience in both telecommunications and web-scale enterprise systems would be an advantage. Capabilities to write and review code in several languages such as Java, Python, Golang as well as Bash scripting and Ansible templating are an advantage.
You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent discipline, or the equivalent level of knowledge. We expect that your English is fluent in both speaking and writing.
